Another question: when the bike is standing and the throttle is full the motor revs well, but on moving with half of the throttle is going better than having full the throttle.The exhaust is clean so is the filter of the carburator.

It means probably that at full throttle the mix of air and fuel is not right. If the level of fuel in your carburettor reservoir is right than you can try by adjusting the jetneedle upwards a slot to try if that's better. Also by increasing or decreasing the airflow (after having set the needle to it's best position) you can determine whether you may need a smaller or bigger mainjet. You can increase the airflow by removing the filter from inside the black pipe temporarily. If it runs better you need a smaller jet. If you want to decrease the airflow you can block one of the holes temporarily under your seat and if it then runs better you need a larger jet.
I do not recommend you drive without a filter permanently, this can cause you cilinder to wear faster.

When the open gate of the contact is not 0,35mm then how is the motor working? it is not working at all or it is working not fine?
i am asking u, because it was working nice but now it seems to have a problem. when the htrottle is full from the exhaust makes noises : tsaf tsaf
how often u reajust the Zündkontakte?

a gap between 0,30 and 0,50mm should be no problem at all.
-Less than 0,30 mm wil cause power lost.
-More then 0,50mm will give start problems.

Other possabilyties:
-Maybe the capacitor is not working well.
-Are you sure that the ignition-timing is correct ?
-Try to run the engine without the black wire connected.

Now it works fiNe and i really enjoy a ride with my Kreidler.
i have to say that thiw forum is very usefull for people who want to know.

Nu werkt het prima en ik echt genieten van een ritje met mijn Kreidler.
Ik moet zeggen dat thiw forum is erg handig voor mensen die willen weten.

Yes the buddyseat is not original.
it is the grass that is seems the center stand bent.

Trust me.....your center stand is bent.....it's not just the grass. It clearly shows.

But apart from those points, a very nice piece!

Next click on "Bestand toevoegen",
if you want the picture to be exactly somewhere in the text just go there with your cursor and click "Plaats in bericht" .
Now when you end the message as usual with "Bevestig" the picture (max. 200kb) is in your message.

i think i made it with the foto.
i know that my moto is too far away from yours, but it works fine and i really enjoy it.
i am 38 years old and i feel like a child when i ride it.
it was my first moto. My dad bought it at the year of 1975. It was the first one at the village.
It is a model of 1968, 50cc and everything is original.
I change only the piston with a meteor one and the contact.
It runs about 70km/h.
and i notice that the center stand must be changed. my friend who saw it was absolutely right.

Ik weet dat mijn moto is te ver weg van de jouwe, maar het werkt prima en ik echt genieten.
ik ben 38 jaar oud en ik voel me als een kind toen ik rijd het.
het was mijn eerste manche. Mijn vader kocht het in het jaar van 1975. Het was de eerste aan het dorp.
Het is een model van 1968, 50cc en alles is origineel.
Ik verander alleen de zuiger met een meteoor een en het contact.
Het loopt ongeveer 70km / h.
en ik merk dat de centrale standaard moet worden veranderd. mijn vriend die het zag was volkomen gelijk.

Νot always my friend. There is cold also in Greece at winter time.
Not so much as yours and with smaller period but it is enough to keep me away.
Also we are not so hard with cold as you are. I ride it from April to September.

maybe this is my problem too, because after two weeks more or less i must reajust the gap of the contact!
but i read that the gap must be controled every 1500km, so maybe there is no problem.

You can add Locktite on the screw of the contact adjustment.

If your contact gap is getting smaller : the screw was not thigtend well.
If the gap is getting bigger : your capacitor is not working well any more.

No it is getting smaller, so it is the screw.
the head of the screw is a little broken and i cant probably tightend enough the screw.
