I have problems with the RPM counter from Koso, when adjusted to 2c-1p it counts way to much, when adjusted to 2c-2p it is better but very unaccurate, the pickup is connected to the red rpm wire output from the HPI ??

Can anyone help ??

Thank's for all your help and info, the adjustment of axial play of the crankshaft and gearbox will be done this weekend when that is done I wil paint the engine housing, insert the simmerrings etc. etc.

Finally the original 9,5 PK kit from 1968 has to be mounted.

That was the problem, I simply moved the crankshaft from site to site and pushed a little force and "click" it went into the outer ring.

I did not like to use excessive force so I didn't do that and it showed not necessary

My crankshaft measures 39,5mm and on the bearring bowls 61,9mm. so it seems that the problem is in the bearingbowls mounted in the engine house.

Can anyone give me or confirm the measurement of the crankshaft with the bearing bowls.
